PUBLIC CONSULTATION ON THE CUSTOMS CODE
The EU Commission has launched a public consultation to gather the views of economic operators, experts and customs law specialists on current measures to implement the Union Customs Code, the EU’s main legislative framework for customs.
MOVEMENT OF GOODS, EU COMMISSION GUIDELINES
By adopting, in March 2020, the ‘Long-Term Action Plan for better implementation and enforcement of single market rules’, the EU Commission committed itself to providing states and businesses with guidelines to improve compliance with the rules on the functioning of the internal market.
